We currently take all clients as partners. We offer services for hospital and home births and can accommodate for the necessities and needs of each.
Prenatal Care:
• 2 visits and unlimited phone and email consultation
• Childbirth education
• Assistance creating a birth vision and plan
• Breathing and birth position practice
Labor Support:
• Continual presence beginning at the time you deem appropriate
• Relaxation guidance
• Position and breathing recommendations
• Light massage and counter pressure
• Partner support and guidance
• Support communicating with medical staff
• Assistance interpreting medical information
• Deep compassion and admiration
Postpartum Care:
• 1 home visit and unlimited phone and email consultation
• A written birth summery with details about your birth
• Basic lactation support
• Referrals, when appropriate

• Nutritional guidance for your pregnancy and postpartum needs
Meal planning and recipe ideas for a healthy pregnancy (by special request)
